4. User Contributions

Any comments, feedback, or content you provide through OpenSkyDesigns.com must be lawful and respectful. By submitting content, you grant Open Sky a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on track and is completed on time.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all completed work up until the point of termination. Upon termination, any outstanding balances are due immediately.

Our website may contain links to external sites. Open Sky is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external links.

10. No Warranties
